There are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, jogging, walking and dancing, to name a few. Being active has been shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally. It may even help you live longer.

What if I’ve never done Yoga before?
No worries! Just come in comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Our teachers are experts at helping you navigate these new waters. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable learning environment.
What if I’m out of shape?
We have a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Some of our classes are 30 minutes, which allows you to get a workout in without feeling overwhelmed.
Do you have a mat I can borrow?
Yes! In fact, we have most equipment you will need for each class. You will be notified of any extra equipment needed for specialty classes.
How do I join your facility?
We offer a variety of punchcard options based on how often you plan to attend. Our prices are affordable.
Our membership is a 12 month commitment. As a member, you will have unlimited access to classes, a free coaching session, a free body composition assessment, birthday recognition, prizes, incentives, and so much more! Become an SLF member here!
Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
It’s a good idea to sign up for a class ahead of time, as some of our classes do get full. But if you’re new and you’re not sure how to go about doing so, please just come on in and we’ll get you set up at the studio.
